MHD Maschinenservice can do professional transpositions of gear hobbers and gear shapers from Pfauter and Modul.
Before we dismount an existing machine we always make a compilation of the geometrical data that represent the current condition of the machine. (with reference to the geometrical acceptance protocol of each manufacturer). After that the dismounting of the machine into subassemblies starts, we arrange transport of the subassemblies to the new place and we assemble the machine from its parts at the new place with our skilled Engineers. This includes also restoring of the geometrical input condition.
